"Sugar"
is the second single from Flo Rida's
sophomore album R.O.O.T.S. It
features R&B singer Wynter Gordon.
The single was released on March 17,
2009 as a digital download. The song
recreates elements from the Eiffel
65 song "Blue (Da Ba Dee)".
The song details about how Flo Rida
is addicted to kissing, as Wynter
sings "My lips like sugar/This candy
got you sprung/so call me up
sugar/you love you some". Flo Rida
then raps about how he has "a
mouthful of cavities" due to kissing
too much, and that he is a "lip
biting beast". He also describes how
he kisses her, "Bottom and top
lip/about to have a sugar feast".
