It was used for promoting her new Disney Channel Original Series Sonny With a Chance. Lovato performed the song on ABC's Dancing With The Stars.

The music video premiered on Disney Channel December 19, 2008. During the music video, Lovato goes through many costume changes, following the lyrics of the song. It also follows through different scenes. The music video includes cameos from her Sonny with a Chance co-stars; Sterling Knight, Tiffany Thornton, Brandon Mychal Smith, Doug Brochu and Allisyn Ashley Arm and from her older sister, Dallas Lovato.[
